Dexter Degre

Dexter “Dex” Degre grew up in an entrepreneurial construction family in New England and graduated from the University of Vermont with a B.S.B.A. Marketing degree in 2009. In his early 20’s, Dexter built up a strong professional background in sales, management, and market research. Always having a passion for real estate and construction, Dexter naturally gravitated toward the commercial real estate industry and began his real estate career in Fort Collins after getting licensed as a broker in 2015. Having brokered many successful transactions along the Front Range, from Northern Colorado south to the Denver Metro and beyond, Dexter has a strong grasp of the differentiated Colorado markets and the micro and macro forces present. In 2022 Dexter joined Henry Group, a hyper-local market leading brokerage that champions relationships and prides itself on client-centric business practices.
