LITTLETON, CO -January 16, 2026 - Henry Group Real Estate is pleased to announce the successful sale of a prime commercial property located at 439 West Littleton Boulevard, Littleton, CO 80120. The transaction closed on January 15, 2026.
The seller, Charles H and Maurine C Mulqueen, was represented by Katie Pottle of Tall Grass Realty. The buyer, South Metro Property Corporation (SMHO), a Colorado-based nonprofit organization, was represented by Pat Henry, Boston Weir, and Colton Murphy of Henry Group Real Estate.
The property consists of three parcels totaling 32,191 square feet. This sale represents the second half of the West Littleton Boulevard assemblage for SMHO and will provide 73 affordable housing units for the Littleton community.
The first sale to South Metro Property Corporation occurred in June 2025 for the adjacent parcel at 539 West Littleton Avenue. Together, these acquisitions enable SMHO to expand its mission of providing quality affordable housing to residents in the South Metro Denver area.
