Henry Group Real Estate Brokers $3.2M Sale of Strategic Denver IOS Property


DENVER, CO — Henry Group Real Estate is pleased to announce the completion of a $3.2 million industrial outdoor storage (IOS) property sale in a prime Denver location. The property, situated at 2101-2133 S Wabash Street, just west of South Parker Road, encompasses 2.22 acres of I-1 zoned land and includes both a 7,436-square-foot vehicle service building and a 4,500 square foot dead storage space.

The transaction, which closed on December 20, 2024, involved the sale from 2101/2133 South Wabash Street, LLC to Integrity Traffic Holding Company, LLC. The Henry Group Real Estate team of Patrick Henry, Boston Weir, and CJ Toohey represented the Seller in the transaction.
