Henry Real Estate and Kentwood Commercial Announce the sale of Prominent Pet Care Facility in Parker, Colorado

DENVER, CO — Henry Group Real Estate and Kentwood Commercial announced the successful sale of a comprehensive pet care facility located at 10719 E Parker Road in Parker, Colorado. The property, currently home to Club Pet Parker, encompasses 24.4 acres and includes five buildings totaling 15,336 square feet.

The transaction, completed on December 2, 2024, saw Club Pet, Inc. sell the property to Colorado Canine Club Property LLC, for $2,450,000. This strategic purchase marks Colorado Canine Club's second location, underscoring their dedication to providing top-tier pet care services across the Denver Metro area. The Buyer currently owns Woof in Boots located at 719 W 8th Ave., Denver, CO.
