Risica LLC Signs 10-Year Lease at Edit RiNo, Bringing Chef Andrea Frizzi’s New Milanese-Inspired Concept to Denver

Denver, CO – On Thursday, October 17, 2024, Risica LLC signed a 10-year lease agreement for a prime space at Edit RiNo, located at 3463 Walnut Street. The new tenant, Risica, is a Milanese-inspired cocktails and wine bar and pizzeria conceived by acclaimed Denver chef Andrea Frizzi. The concept will offer an elevated dining experience featuring fresh oysters, charcuterie, and small plates alongside expertly crafted cocktails and a curated wine selection.

Risica is set to bring an exciting new culinary destination to the heart of the River North Art District (RiNo). Chef Frizzi, known for his contributions to Denver’s vibrant restaurant scene, aims to create an atmosphere that fuses Italian culinary traditions with a contemporary, convivial setting. The venue will be designed by the award-winning Denver-based architectural firm LIV Studio, known for its innovative approach to restaurant design.

Risica LLC was represented by Montana Rae of Henry Group Real Estate in the transaction. The landlord was represented by David Schneider of Axio Real Estate.

Montana expressed her enthusiasm for the project:

“Working with Chef Frizzi over the past several months has been a great reminder of why I got into this business–to bring original, high-quality concepts to the Denver market. Frizzi is a beloved figure in the fabric of our city, and I’m proud to represent him. I have no doubt Risica will be a spot to gather, eat, drink, and enjoy for many years to come.

Restaurant deals in Denver are challenging, but as long as the public continues to appreciate great food, wine, and hospitality, we’ll keep pushing them across the finish line."

The opening of Risica is expected to further enhance RiNo’s status as a dining and cultural hub. With its focus on authenticity, quality ingredients, and sophisticated design, the new concept is poised to become a must-visit destination in the area.

Risica is expected to open in the summer of 2025.
