Denver, CO, June 22, 2023 – Henry Group Real Estate, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm, is pleased to announce the sale of 600 S Broadway, Denver, CO. Built in 1890, this former “Town of South Denver” Firehouse, became Denver Firehouse #13 when the towns merged in 1900. This Historic Denver landmark was active as a Firehouse until the mid-1970’s.
The Seller, Firehouse Thirteen LLC, which is owned by the late Lee Weinstein’s Estate, previously operated the property as an office building. The Buyer, Wellness Center of the Rockies, intends to move its current operations to this new location.
The Property closed on June 20, 2023, for $3.0 million.
